Countertop Installation Process

The process starts when you come to our showroom. We have a diverse collection of
granite and quartz slabs for you to select from. Some countertop materials can be
ordered in different finishes, which we’ll be happy to show you. We will also guide you through your edge & sink options.

In order to proceed with giving you the kitchen or bathroom of your dreams, we first
need rough dimensions. You can draw your own using our helpful tool here: . Or, if you have architectural drawings you can submit them to
us. Once we have your dimensions, we will prepare a quote based on your material
selections. After your quote has been reviewed, approved, and finalized, we will collect your deposit and schedule your final measurement and installation.

When we measure, we come out to your home and use a Digital Template Machine,
which allows us to take accurate measurements. These measurements are downloaded to our computer, and your countertop pieces are created. Your slab(s) are photographed and then your counter pieces are arranged on your slab to ensure the most efficient use of your material. Once this cutting diagram is finalized it is sent to our CNC machine in our shop. The CNC machine automatically cuts out all of your countertop pieces, including any sink or cooktop cutouts. Each cut piece is then
polished and prepared for install.

Our fabrication crew works tirelessly to ensure your countertops are finished to your
desired specifications. They will polish, edge, seal, and, if needed, reinforce or fill in any minor imperfections of your stone.

Your finished countertop pieces are then loaded onto our vans and taken to the
installation location. If required, our install crew will remove your old countertops. Our install crew will place your new countertops onto the cabinets, bracing them with corbels if necessary. At that time, we color-match a high-quality epoxy and apply it to any seams, if required. Our crew will then set your sinks (kitchen, vanity, etc.), drill faucet holes, and clean up! You will need to arrange for a plumber to come the following day after our install so he can make final plumbing connections.
